Mark Lubberink, PhD, is a Professor of Molecular Imaging at Uppsala University and Senior Medical Physicist at the Uppsala University Hospital in the Nuclear Medicine & PET, Department of Surgical Sciences. He received his PhD in Medical Radiation Physics at Uppsala University. Dr. Lubberink’s research focuses on PET/MR, PET/CT and the many tracers produced at his institution.

Peder Larson, PhD, is an Associate Professor in Residence and a Principal Investigator in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Larson received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2007 followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2011. Since then, he has been running a research group at UCSF focused on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology developments for improving cancer assessment.

Irene Burger, MD, obtained her medical degree from the University of Zurich and is a board-certified radiologist and nuclear medicine physician at the University Hospital of Zurich in Switzerland. She has led the PET/CT center at the University Hospital of Zurich with emphasis on hybrid imaging in urogenital oncology since July 2014. She received venia legendi for radiology and nuclear medicine from the University of Zurich in 2015.

Georges El Fakhri, PhD, is a Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and the founding Director of the Endowed Gordon Center for Medical Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is also Co-director of the Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. Dr. El Fakhri is an internationally recognized expert in quantitative molecular imaging (SPECT, PET-CT, and PET/MR) and has authored or co-authored over 200 papers and mentored over 90 students, post-docs and faculty.
